Packaged in boxes of 6 bottles (75cl) – (alc 12.5% vol.) A sweet wine, Monbazillac comes from a north-facing hillside vineyard near the town of Bergerac.
This cuvée is vinified from fresh harvests to preserve the aromas of the Sémillon grape variety (100%), whose botrytized grapes are harvested in four successive tris from a terroir characterized by predominantly clay-limestone hillside soils and full northern exposure. Tasting notes : Bright, golden color. Nose of honey, candied and exotic fruits. Round and ample mouth. Finish of great aromatic finesse. Served as an aperitif at a temperature of 7-8°C, with foie gras, as an alternative to a rich red wine in the South-West tradition), it also goes well with white meats, blue cheeses such as Roquefort and red fruit desserts. Bottled at the wine estate by the winemaker
