Sweet wine, Monbazillac is a wine from the vineyard planted on the hillside and facing north near the city of Bergerac.

This cuvée is vinified from fresh harvests to preserve the aromas of the Sémillon grape variety (100%), whose botrytised grapes are harvested in four successive sorts from a terroir characterized by mainly clay-limestone soils of hillsides and facing north.

Tasting notes:

Bright and golden dress. Nose of honey, candied and exotic fruits. Round and ample mouth. Finish of great aromatic finesse.

Served as an aperitif at a temperature of 7-8 ° C, with foie gras, alternative to a rich red wine according to the tradition of the Southwest), it will also accompany white meats, blue cheeses including Roquefort and red fruit desserts.
